Welcome to the EASE TEC Warranty Support page. We are committed to providing transparent and reliable after-sales service for all our customers in Pakistan. Please review our official warranty guidelines below to ensure a smooth claim process.

EASE TEC acts as a retail/distribution entity. We shall not be held responsible for any consequential loss, data corruption, or business interruption resulting from product failure or the warranty process.

Fulfillment & Replacement Procedures

We mirror the terms provided to us by the manufacturers to ensure consistency:

  • Direct Mirroring: If a manufacturer provides a Credit Note (CN) or a Product Replacement, we will extend the exact same terms to the customer.

  • End of Life (EOL): If a product is discontinued or reaches EOL, EASE TEC will issue a Credit Note based on the manufacturer’s valuation.

  • Transit Expenses: For replacement warranties, the manufacturer and the courier determine the turnaround time. The customer is responsible for all transit and shipping expenses associated with the claim.

Prerequisites for Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Proof of Purchase: A valid original invoice must be presented at the time of the claim.

  • Complete Packaging: Customers must provide the product along with its complete original box and all accessories included at the time of purchase.

  • Intact Manufacturer Seals: The warranty is immediately void if the manufacturer’s security seal is tampered with, broken, or malfunctioned.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty coverage does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Physical Damage: Any product showing signs of physical damage, burnt components, or liquid spills is ineligible for a claim.

  • LED Pixel Policy: Following international industry standards, LED monitors/screens with fewer than 5 black dots or 3 bright dots are considered within functional limits and are unclaimable.

  • Limited Warranty Charges: Certain products categorized under "Limited Warranty" may incur service or handling charges.

Where to apply for warranty?

You can send all your information regarding the product like invoice, video or picture to warranty@easetec.com.pk. also don’t forget to sent you contact details too. 

In how much time to get reply?

Our team would contact you in 48 hrs but resolving you warranty would demand on manufacturer.  

Where can I go drop or pick the product in regards to warranty claim?

We have 4 physical location.  Please visit one of them in Karachi,Islamabad Lahore, or Rawalpindi to initiate the process or collect your item. We can also help people in other places in Pakistan too by our retails or ourselves too sometime.
