This website (easetec.com.pk) is owned and operated by EASE TEC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EASE TEC. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services, to you—the user—conditioned upon your compliance with and acceptance of the terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing hardware from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Please read these Terms carefully. Accessing or using any part of the site constitutes your binding agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, you may not access the website or use our services.

Section 1: Store Operations & Order Confirmation

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed online through our website at any time (24/7).

  • Confirmation Hours: Final order verification and confirmation calls will only be conducted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. An order is not considered fully processed until verified by our team.

  • Delivery Fees: All listed product prices are strictly exclusive of delivery charges. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically and charged additionally at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination courier rates.

Section 2: Pricing, Inaccuracies, and Order Cancellations

  • Price Modifications: Prices for high-performance components and hardware are subject to global market fluctuations and change without prior notice.

  • Errors and Omissions: Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inventory glitches, or pricing inaccuracies regarding product descriptions, promotions, shipping costs, or transit times.

  • Right to Cancel: EASE TEC reserves the explicit right to correct any errors and to modify prices or cancel orders at any time without prior notice, even after an order or checkout form has been submitted. If an order is canceled after payment processing, a full refund will be issued.

Section 3: Warranty Conditions & Direct Exclusions

Bringing a component to our site or an authorized service provider during the warranty period does not guarantee a free repair. Upon receipt, our service center reserves the complete right to evaluate the validity of your claim.

Our standard warranty covers only hardware malfunctions resulting from factory material or workmanship defects under normal use conditions.

The EASE TEC Warranty is strictly VOID if:

  • Unauthorized Handling: Damage is caused to the product by you or any non-authorized third-party repair technician.

  • Tampering: The product’s factory serial number or warranty stickers have been altered, canceled, defaced, or removed.

  • Misuse & Accidents: The damage is caused by accidents, natural disasters, intentional or accidental misuse, liquid spills, neglect, improper storage, or abnormal operating environments.

  • Electrical Faults: The failure is caused by external electrical issues, including power surges, faulty wiring, or incorrect voltage input.

  • Incompatible Components: The damage stems from operating the hardware outside the parameters outlined in the User’s Manual, or from combining it with parts not explicitly imported or sold by EASE TEC.

  • Software & Logistics: The failure is induced by third-party software, corrupted firmware, or computer viruses. Furthermore, damage sustained during transit or courier transportation is excluded from our standard repair warranty.

Section 4: Data & Software Liability Disclaimer

When sending a system, storage module, or component to EASE TEC for physical service or inspection, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Data Removals: You are solely responsible for removing all confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive data from your storage media prior to returning it.

  • Zero Data Liability: Neither EASE TEC nor our authorized service providers are responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to personal data, programs, operating systems, or removable storage media.

  • No Restoration Services: We do not provide data recovery or software re-installation services. Hardware components will be returned to you in their clean, factory-standard state.

Section 5: Post-Service Product Collection

If your product has been sent to our service center for evaluation, warranty assessment, or repair:

  • 7-Day Pickup Policy: Once EASE TEC contacts you via your registered phone number or email to confirm that your product is ready for pickup or return dispatch, you must claim it within 7 calendar days.

  • Abandonment: If you fail to collect or arrange delivery for your product within this 7-day window, EASE TEC is no longer responsible for the storage, safekeeping, or eventual return of the item.

Section 6: Prohibited Site Uses

In addition to standard behavioral boundaries, you are explicitly prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

  • To infringe upon or violate EASE TEC’s intellectual property rights or the intellectual property of our partner brands.

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt our e-commerce operations.

  • To scrape, spider, crawl, or collect product descriptions, data, or user data using automated scripts or software.

  • To place unauthorized bulk commercial orders that appear to mimic gray-market distributors or unauthorized dealers. We reserve the right to limit or terminate your account access immediately for violations.

Section 7: Limitation of Liability

EASE TEC does not guarantee or warrant that your use of our online service will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or entirely error-free. You agree that your use of the site is at your own risk.

In no event shall EASE TEC, our directors, officers, employees, or authorized logistics partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any service or hardware procured through our store. EASE TEC is not responsible for additional transactional overheads incurred during warranty shipping, such as third-party courier or rider charges.

Section 8: Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate operational agreements whereby we provide you hardware or technical support shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the consumer protection and corporate laws of Pakistan.

Section 9: Refund & Return Policy 

  • Processing & Timing: Orders are verified and dispatched within 24–48 hours, strictly during operational hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

  • Costs: Delivery fees are always charged extra over the product price, calculated dynamically based on package weight and the destination city.

  • Transit Damage: EASE TEC is not liable for courier mishandling. Customers must inspect package seals before accepting and are advised to film an unboxing video.

Section 10: Refund & Return Policy

  • 3-Day Window: Claims for dead-on-arrival (DOA), defective, or wrong items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • No Change-of-Mind: Returns, refunds, or exchanges are strictly rejected for change of mind or component incompatibility once the box is opened.

  • Condition & Costs: Items must be 100% unused in original, untampered packaging with all serial numbers intact. The customer bears all courier and transport costs for the return.
